I am an independent advisor with more than 25 years’ experience in senior executive and Chief Operating Officer roles. I have led large, complex organisations through periods of transformation, financial pressure, and structural change. I now work with organisations to support strategic decision making and the delivery of complex change, bringing a practical, outcomes focused approach shaped by direct experience.

My work spans organisational transformation, operating model design, workforce and cost restructuring, procurement and outsourcing, and technology enabled reform. Depending on the nature of the work, I engage either directly or in collaboration with other advisors and specialist providers, allowing me to bring additional expertise where required while maintaining clear accountability for delivery.

Strategic Executive Profile

Enterprise transformation leader with a track record of designing and delivering large‑scale organisational change in complex, regulated and stakeholder‑rich environments. Brings deep experience operating at Board, government and executive levels, with particular strength in leading integrations, organisational design and restructure, and converting strategy into disciplined execution.

Most recently led the feasibility assessment and delivery of the largest integration of two universities in Australia in modern history, establishing Adelaide University as a $1.7B organisation delivered on time and on budget. Known for calm leadership in ambiguity, strong commercial and governance judgement, and the ability to align diverse interests around shared outcomes.

Currently focused on advisory and consulting work, supporting organisations facing integration, transformation, operating model redesign, technology program implementation and complex change challenges.

  • Navigate governance, industrial relations and stakeholder risk in high‑pressure environments
  • Engage in long-term infrastructure and capital planning to underpin strategic objectives
